Refund policy

 

Because all Ki Wyvern Crafts products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selections.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at kiwyverncrafts@proton.me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Lost packages: If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Refunds
Any refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
